I am also having problems with Banshee 2.6 (2.6.0) and EasyTAG 2.1.7
I write the info to the mp3's, such as Genre - Audiobook to, say 22 mp3's and then in Banshee theres no time on some of them and where 'Audiobook' is it just has 'Audio' but usually its just blank also the other fields are tagged as 'Unknown'.
I also have this problem with ripped cd's using Asunder 2.1 as the info
comes up as Unknown in Banshee where I could have spent some time
entering the correct tag info. But in EasyTAG the info is there.
To me, this sounds like a problem with EasyTAG...
I have also commented on the existing bug report for EasyTAG...
