I am seeing the same problem with Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.  Doubles for all
podcast episodes.  When I delete one, both disappear.  When I add a new
feed, two copies of each episode appear.  It was a fresh Ubuntu Install
on a drive previously occupied by Windows 7.
