Bug description:
  After upgrading from lucid to precise, Apache show errors in log file at restart:
  PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php5/20090626/IcePHP.so' - /usr/lib/php5/20090626/IcePHP.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
  [Tue May 08 10:50:53 2012] [notice] Apache/2.2.22 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.3.10-1ubuntu3.1 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/1.0.1 configured -- resuming normal operations

  I needed to link a shared library to workaround the trouble :
  sudo ln -s ../20090626+lfs/IcePHP.so /usr/lib/php5/20090626/

  It has been fixed in debian in this bug : http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
  bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=623533
