Bug description:
  LC_TIME is ignored, e.g. with gqview time stamps are displayed as ISO 8601 with the below commands,
  while nothing changes for f-spot:

  export LC_TIME=en_DK.UTF-8
  gqview
  f-spot 

  The same is observed with f-spot v. 0.5.0.2 as installed from

  deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/michelinux/ubuntu hardy main
  deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/michelinux/ubuntu hardy main
