[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1966102] [NEW] mono-devel is missing msbuild on jammy

Public bug reported:

The mono development system installed by mono-devel 6.8.0.105 for jammy (and earlier versions presumably) does not include msbuild, but only xbuild.  xbuild has been deprecated for a few years at this point.
This omission is causing me problems for building packages for jammy.
