[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 2055289] [NEW] Bless saying "the file has been changed on disk" when no changes have been made

Public bug reported:
Observed:
- opened a binary file, 6-7MB in size, local filesystem; searched for a pattern, navigated using the scroll bar and the "file changed" message appears without any obvious reason
- the info bar cannot be closed/hidden by clicking "ignore"
- the info bar does not go away by clicking "reload"
- after that, bless cannot be shut down using <Alt>-F4 or clicking the 'x' window button (bless can be closed normally until the "file changed" message appears)
Expected:
- no "file changed" message appears until there are changes in the file
- the info bar disappears when clicking ignore or reload
- Bless can be closed via the usual means, like any other application
Reproducibility:
- 6/6
Workarounds:
- can close bless using kill -9 <bless PID>
- can reopen the file, but the message reappears shortly
