Public bug reported:

The NBS report and the update_output* britney reports for resolute are
difficult to read because of the very large number of obsolete packages
previously built by the source package mono.

Please see the linked Debian bug and remove those binary packages.
Ubuntu's mono package is in sync with Debian and has migrated to
resolute release. All those binary packages are provided by binary
packages still built by mono's remaining binary packages.
