I'm reopening this because there are a few more packages to be removed:

libmono-accessibility4.0-cil
libmono-i18n-west4.0-cil
libmono-i18n4.0-cil
libmono-i18n4.0-cil
libmono-posix4.0-cil
libmono-sharpzip4.84-cil
libmono-system-runtime-serialization-formatters-soap4.0-cil
libmono-system-windows-forms4.0-cil
libmono-webbrowser4.0-cil
(all above provided by mono-libraries)

libmonoboehm-2.0-1
mono-utils
monodoc-base
monodoc-manual
(provided by mono-devel)

Title:
  Remove NBS mono binary packages

Status in mono package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in mono package in Debian:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The NBS report and the update_output* britney reports for resolute are
difficult to read because of the very large number of obsolete
packages previously built by the source package mono.

Please see the linked Debian bug and remove those binary packages.
Ubuntu's mono package is in sync with Debian and has migrated to
resolute release. All those binary packages are provided by binary
packages still built by mono's remaining binary packages.
