Hey, just wanted to follow up on our plans for the hiking trip this weekend. I checked the weather forecast and it looks clear, so we should be good to go. Remember to bring enough water and some snacks. Also, do you think we need to pack any extra layers? The trail might be a bit chilly in the morning. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for the route. We can meet at the usual spot around 8 AM. I'll bring the map and a first aid kit just in case. Sounds good?

About the project timeline, I think we need to adjust the milestones for the next phase. The client feedback came in later than expected, so we might have to push the design review to Thursday. Let me know if there are any conflicts with the schedule. We should be able to wrap up by Friday if everyone is on board.
