I was looking at the project timeline you sent over. The third phase seems to have a dependency on the vendor's API documentation, which we haven't received yet. I think we should schedule a brief check-in with their technical contact to clarify the data fields. The integration spec from our side is mostly ready, but we need those mapping details to finalize the development tickets. I'll draft an agenda for that call and circulate it by end of day. Also, regarding the budget allocation for the next quarter, the figures from finance are preliminary. We should wait for the finalized report before adjusting our resource plan. The team is making good progress on the current sprint, so no delays are anticipated at this stage.

The conference venue has three main breakout rooms that can be reserved. I confirmed the AV setup includes projectors and screens in each, plus a basic sound system. We should provide our own laptops and connectors, though. Catering will be handled by the venue's in-house team, and they need final attendee numbers by next Tuesday. I've asked for sample menus to review. Regarding transportation, the hotel shuttle runs from the airport every forty minutes. We could also arrange a dedicated coach if we have a large group arriving on the same flight. Let me know which option you prefer after you see the final attendee list.
