If you still want to meet near the station, I can arrive around two and stay for about an hour.
The cafe across from the bookstore has more seating, so it may be easier if we need to spread papers out.
I can bring the notes, the draft list, and the marked calendar.
If anything shifts on your side, send me a short update when you can.
That way I can adjust before leaving and make sure the timing still lines up properly.

That plan sounds workable from my end, especially if we keep the schedule simple.
I can take care of the pickup part first, then head over once everything is in order.
If you want, send the final list before noon so I can check whether anything still needs to be added.
I also think it makes sense to keep dinner nearby rather than crossing town later.
The weather looked mild when I checked, so walking a few blocks should be easy enough.
