motutools renamed and changed.

Hi all
Motutools has now been renamed. To reflect a wider scope of 
contribution, the motutools product is now known as ubuntu-dev-tools. 
The trunk branch has also been moved from the MOTU team, to the 
ubuntu-dev team. This allows core devs to be able to contribute their 
scripts as well.

You can find all branches for ubuntu-dev-tools here:

To pull the trunk for ubuntu-dev-tools, use the following URL:
