Based on the following information, we have. Hardy ships with 0.99.3,
and Intrepid ships with 0.99.7. If Hardy users are still reporting
problems, we can organise a backport of linsmith from Intrepid to Hardy
in the hardy-backports repository.

  linsmith |   0.99.3-1 | hardy/universe | source, amd64, i386
  linsmith |   0.99.7-1 | intrepid/universe | source, amd64, i386

If Debian jump to 0.99.11 soon, we will just pull it into Jaunty (the
current development release).
