ROXTerm package outdated

In which version of Ubuntu? We generally don't update versions that  
have already been released unless they fix major bugs.

However it may well end up in the next version of Ubuntu to be  
released. If you go to packages.Ubuntu.com you can see which version  
of ROXTerm is in which version of Ubuntu. Karmic is the version we are  
currently working on.
