Install the flashplugin-nonfree package from multiverse.  You can
accomplish this through the GNOME menu: Applications> Add/Remove...
(or)  System> Administration> Synaptic Package Manager.  (Use Adept in
KDE.)  Be sure to tick any checkboxes regarding third-party software
before searching for "flashplugin-nonfree".
