Thank you for your quick response.

I already had firefox-dbg installed when I created the gdb log. Also,
there's nothing in /var/crash.

I have attached a new gdb log, this time with a breakpoint on
gdk_x_error as per the instructions in the previous log; I hope it is
more informative.

The extensions I have installed:
  Download Statusbar
  Linky
  No Squint (but I have disabled that one)

I'l try again with all extensions uninstalled.
