Ok, I disabled all add-ons but it still occurs.  I reinstalled Firefox
and no change.  A correction to steps to recreate the bug, it occurs
after the second time I go fullscreen, so to recreate it:

right click on Firefox bar at bottom of desktop
click “Resize”
