Just follow these instructions:

Open the link [1], and in the field named "Attachment:", type:
/var/crash/_usr_lib_mozilla-thunderbird_mozilla-thunderbird-bin.1000.crash
Then press the 'Save Changes' button.

It might take some minutes to upload that file (it's 6-8Mb aprox.)
