[Bug 118403] On web pages menus are hiding behind windows with flash content

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

When I visit web pages that display flash content and I hit a menu on
that web page those menus hide behind the flash windows. I try to test
it with opera and Firefox and both browsers display the same behavior.
Other users are reporting the same problem.
