I can confirm this, I actually visited the same webpage and had the
exact look as the reporters' screenshot.  I'm on Gutsy, and was using
Opera 9.21 . Build 641 for Linux, a list of currently installed plugins
is attached (Flash is 9).  Given the fact it's between the two browsers,
I'm sure that the flash assignment is the best route to go.

Any more info needed, please let me know; I've duplicated it twice, once
with firefox 2.0.0.4 and the aforementioned browser.
