Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. If I understand, you are trying to update thunderbird
with the built-in thunderbird updater? This is deactivated in Ubuntu,
the updates come trough Update Manager. The current version of
Thunderbird in Gutsy's repositories is 2.0.0.8. The 2.0.0.9 version is
not yet available, but will provably be soon as an update. Thanks
