[Bug 148839] Re: gnash fails install said installed

I can confirm this. If the install fails for either Gnash or the Adobe
flash player, the plugin install feature in Firefox thinks it is
installed. This poses a problem since you can no longer install via the
browser. You first have to resolve the failed install before you are
again presented with the option in firefox.
