[Bug 210378] [NEW] F10 key does not bring up the File menu

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

All gnome apps bring up the File menu -or any other menu that goes first
in the menu bar- when you press up F10. Firefox doesn't. For the sake of
integration, I think it should.
