Thanks for your report, That's not reproducible here, when i clicked on
the customize toolbars i get the "customize toolbar" window with all the
available buttons and the file, edit,  view, etc turns to grey because
i'm editing them, after closing the "customize toolbar" window the menu
turns to the right color and i'm able to click over it again, not
confirming your report. Can you test the same with another firefox
profile or user created on your system? thanks.
