Similar issue (even worse result) with RawTherapee 2.3 on Hardy/amd64:

/usr/share/rawtherapee/gtkrc:50: Clearlooks configuration option "sunkenmenu" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/share/rawtherapee/gtkrc:51: Clearlooks configuration option "menuitemstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/share/rawtherapee/gtkrc:52: Clearlooks configuration option "listviewitemstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/share/rawtherapee/gtkrc:53: Clearlooks configuration option "progressbarstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.

According to some users there, Debian and Ubuntu Gutsy is working fine
with RawTherapee 2.3 and amd64
