[Bug 202301] Re: Firefox default home page not translated/localized

I confirm this bug with the portuguese brazil locale, all my system are
translated but firefox is not, the browser appear in english, and i have
installed mozilla-firefox-locale-pt-br.

I'm running Hardy Beta up-to-date.
