[Bug 200189] Re: junk mail controls don't work

I downloaded the latest version of thunderbird 2.0.0.12 and installed it 
under /usr/local/thunderbird on my Ubunntu 7.04 system.
The only addon shown is talkback 2.0.0.9.
I disabled it and stopped and restarted thunderbird.
I created a new filter saying to mark as junk all messages from 
MedicalManagerUsers at groups.msn.com which there was one.
Then I tried running junk mail controls again.
It still doesnt work,
