[Bug 151115] [NEW] Master volume does not affect Adobe Flash in Firefox

This bug appears in the latest Gutsy Gibbon beta (as of 10-9-07) with
the latest updates installed.

If the system volume is on mute or turned down, it does not affect the
volume of embedded flash in Firefox (it stays at full blast).
