[Bug 215460] [NEW] firefox-3 won't install gnash plugin

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

If I already have gnash and gnash-common installed but NOT mozilla-
plugin-gnash (and Adobe is not installed) and I visit a site needing
flash, Firefox prompts me to install either Adobe or gnash.

If I then select gnash, Firefox does some processing and returns to the
original page saying that plugins are required.

Instead, it should install the plugin.

The workaround is either to install mozilla-plugin-gnash via Synaptic
and try again in Firefox, or to remove gnash completely and try again.

Hardy 8.04 beta
Firefox 3.0~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu1
jockey 0.3.3-0ubuntu7
gnash 0.8.2-0ubuntu3

** Affects: ubufox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
