For what it's worth, I can reproduce this on demand.   Using these links from the original bug report:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=90rfYlvt4Ns
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQWvFJDJ3GI

I right click the first one and "Open Link in New Window".  Then a
couple seconds after the video starts playing, I drag the second link to
that new window.   If that doesn't crash it, a couple seconds after the
second video starts I drag the third link to the new window.

I crashed 3.0b5 firefox ten out of ten tries doing this.
