[Bug 220446] [NEW] Full screen view has no control or exit

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When selecting: Menu, View, Full Screen (F11); there is no graphical
interface to take you back to standard view. I did not try F11 to toggle
the view. I am running 3Beta5(Build 2008040514) on Ubuntu Linux Hardy
Heron.

I kind of remember there was a small bar above full screen before. Is
this a bug?
