[Bug 222346] [NEW] Firefox Halts Every Few Mins

When using Firefox 3, the browser halts every few mins for roughly
10-15secs and then continues. I can say its not related to streaming
video's, music, or Compiz. I get the same results with a fresh user with
no add-ons. This only happened after a recent update. Was running fine
on initial install a few weeks ago.

This is my first time filing a bug, so please forgive me if I did not
provide enough info. =)
