** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

This same behavior has existed in previous versions of Firefox, and has
  always seemed unnatural to me.

  Steps to repeat:
  1. Do [Ctrl + B] to open up the bookmarks side pane
  2. Expand "Bookmarks Menu"
  3. Find an existing subfolder (let's call it FolderA) of "Bookmarks Menu"
  4. Right click FolderA and then click "New Folder..."
  5. Hit "Ok" on the dialog

  Expected result (most natural behavior):
- FolderA has a subfolder named "New Folder"
+ A new folder is created as a subfolder of FolderA

  Actual result:
- FolderA has a sibling folder (that is, a subfolder of "Bookmarks Menu") called "New Folder"
+ A new folder is created as a sibling folder of FolderA (that is, a subfolder of "Bookmarks Menu")

This behavior seems unnatural, as most applications automatically create
subfolders in such a situation. In fact, even Thunderbird will
automatically create a subfolder if you repeat a similar process on a
  mail folder.
