Yea there is a definite problem because I've tried it on a couple other
computers to confirm it.  Any website with Ajax/Javascript sort of stuff
works way too slow.

Another example is: http://www.transmissionbt.com/screenshots.php

The screenshots open and disappear choppy, when on a WinXP or Mac OS
machine with Firefox 3.0, or Opera, they are much smoother.
