I get similar issues with firefox 3 beta 5, where the system starts
freezing randomly every 2-5 minutes for about 30 seconds or more, for
all users, and sometimes requires a force quit. It may be related to
flash, but I also have java and mplayer plugins installed. Reverting
back to using firefox 2 has fixed the issues, and now there are no more
system freezes.
