[Bug 223869] Re: Sunbird does not load remote calendar data

We just wanted to get a base package out that is why it was done right
away and not done with langpacks ect.. things have changed on how we do
things with lang packs for firefox and tb i just found out yesterday but
i will grab our lead mozilla developer and ask him to catch me up on off
hours.
