[Bug 224386] [NEW] Work off line is on every time I open fire fox

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Work off line (in the file menu) seems to be the default.  I have to
turn it off every time I log on.  I've gone through preferences to see
if I can turn it off but i can't see how.

How do I change that setting?
