[Bug 224392] [NEW] various "tabs" on account settings broken

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-thunderbird

Whilst editing account settings on any of these "pages"; copies &
folders, offline & disk space and junk settings (i.e. where it's
possible to choose folders from your account) The folder chooses never
show any entries and a red '^' is displayed near the bottom of the
window - the one you usually get in firefox when rendering invalid XML.
