Hi, your original report was against the edgy distribution.
I was wondering if you are still experiencing this issue.
edgy support is being end-of-lifed.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox

Started a download of flashplayer plugin and firefox crashed. Just
upgraded to edgy from dapper. everything else seems to be running fine.
