  I navigated to a .jpg online and used right-click, set as desktop
  background to try and update my desktop wallpaper.  Nothing actually
  happens.  I can see the preview in the window for all the options
  (scale, stretch, center) but selecting the option to save the changes
- seems to ignore my input.
