Correct, now you can only Zoom-In, Zoom-Out and Reset Zoom. This is the
same for Firefox 3.0.1. I would consider this a wishlist-feature, not a
bug.

** Changed in: firefox-3.0 (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed

** Summary changed:

- Firefox 3 Beta 5 does not allow enlarging for typing
+ Allow the user to specify enlargement factor

** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
-
- A feature of previous Firefox issues was a choice of enlargement factor
- for a page to be typed. This was removed in this issue.
-
- ProblemType: Bug
- Architecture: i386
- Date: Sat Apr 19 10:10:31 2008
- DistroRelease: Ubuntu 8.04
- Package: firefox-3.0 3.0~b5+nobinonly-0ubuntu2
- PackageArchitecture: i386
- ProcEnviron:
- PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games
- LANG=en_US.UTF-8
- SHELL=/bin/bash
- SourcePackage: firefox-3.0
- Uname: Linux 2.6.24-16-generic i686
+ A feature of previous Firefox issues was to let the user choose the
+ enlargement factor for a page to be specified. This was removed in newer
+ versions and would be a nice-to-have.
