[Bug 306784] [NEW] Problem with Firefox Web-Browser after Updation

I have Converted my System From Ubuntu 8.4 - 8.10 2 days back along with
it Firefox also got updated from that period many of my Bookmark sites
not working.  Even "mozilla.org" is showing as page not found. But addon
page I am able to access but that to Not able to download the addon
package and install.  Also my network connection also gone very slow
after this updation.  I am still not sure of which updation is giving
problem.
