[Bug 192059] [NEW] horizontal scroll should scroll horizontally

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I've been shocked to find that scrolling the touchpad horizontally does
not result in the page SCROLLING horizontally, but taking me to the
previous / next page seen.

This seems confusing to me, I would prefer scrolling to do what it was
originally intended to do - scrolling, as it does in every other app in
Ubuntu.
