Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

I'm a total Ubuntu n00b, but I want to change that. So I ...

- Installed Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon on jan. 3. 2008.
- Ubuntu starts for the first time on my system and I get promptet to update some 140+ packages.
So I do this and now it tells me that a system restart is needed ... so I do that.
- Now with a fully up-to-date system I click the Firefox icon and go to a danish news site (www.jp.dk) to read some news.
Firefox tells me that it needs a plugin to display flash content.
- I click on the plugin link in Firefox, select flashplugin-nonfree and install it. Firefox now needs to restart in order for the plugin to work.
- I restart Firefox and go to the news site again and Firefox tells me that it (still) needs a plugin to display the content.

I have tried to remove the flash plugin and reinstalling it but with no luck. Firefox can't "see" the Flash plugin.
Does this have something to do with the fact that I updated my system before I installed Flash? Anyway it should work :P. Hope you guys can fix it.
