afaict this is just a misconfiguration of your system. look in env and tell me if you see a GPG AGENT ID is set. there. if so, figure out why and let us know. if there is nothing like that set, please paste the output of
  $ env

and resubscribe ubuntu-main-sponsors team, which i am about to remove
for now in order to get it from the sponsoring page.
