[Bug 245939] [NEW] Site is not Rendered

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

the site i was trying to view was https://jobs3.netmedia1.com. Which is
divert from IBM site. When i hit the tab i was not able to see any
change in the tab. But when I move my mouse over/try to select content
on that tab, the site comes in view bit by bit.I have attached the
screenshot.
