[Bug 238816] [NEW] INVALID_TIMEZONE when trying to import .ics (iCal)

Public bug reported:

I hope, I have chosen the right package - the binary package is called
lightning-extension. This bug report is for Hardy, updated recently.

I am trying to import the following remote calendar into lightning,
which should be well known to some of you:

http://people.ubuntu.com/~vorlon/IntrepidReleaseSchedule.ics

Lightning comes up with an error message, which I will attach as a screenshot. Nevertheless, Lightning claims "Your calendar has been created" and 
it is shown in the calendar list. Problem is, the calendar is empty.
