procedure for new features in firefox is:

 1. lobby on forums.mozillazine.org;
 2. if people cheer there open an enhancement bug in
 bugzilla.mozilla.org; remember to choose the component wisely when
 filing bugs in bugzilla; otherwise your bug might just go unseen.

however, we cannot really proxy such kind of feature requests for you;
thus closing ubuntu task.
