[Bug 239333] [NEW] focus taken from location bar whilst typing

Feature request:

sites should be prevented from taking focus if typing into the location
bar or search bar.

it is very annoying to have my homepage, google.com, set focus to it's
search bar when i am typing an address into the location bar - half my
typed text ends up in the location bar, the other in the websites
focused control.
