You do not have the last version of firefox, please update it (it should be 2008061015)
I do not have any crash; did you install flash with aptitude or did you download it from adobe?

It is more a flash issue than a firefox problem (nothing can be really
done).

Please give the results of:
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree
uname -r
apt-cache policy firefox-3.0
